KPTZ is so excited to join the Brinnon Fire Association for the return of the Brinnon Shrimp Festival on Saturday, June 20 from 9am to 7pm. Brinnon Shrimp Fest has become one of the premier festivals on the Olympic Peninsula for a day of seafood, live entertainment, family activities, local vendors and community spirit. This community festival celebrates the world famous Hood Canal spot shrimp harvest while raising funds to support the next generation of local emergency responders, nurses and healthcare workers through the Brinnon/Quilcene Fire Youth Cadet Program.
