Join KPTZ and the Production Alliance for Emergency Preparedness Day on Saturday, June 27 from 10am to 4pm at Finnriver Farm & Cidery. Emergency Preparedness Day allows the community to connect in order to increase our collective disaster resilience. There will be many workshops on wildfire preparedness, solar power storage, neighborhood resilience, and foraging. This is a great chance to learn some new skills and get plugged in to local disaster relief. And don’t forget the Olympic Games, which include a sack race, a food eating competition, and an epic tug-of-war.
