She’s a Seattle native who discovered a love of rhythm when she first took the pots and pans out of her parents’ pantry. Having been introduced to an eclectic range of music as a child, she now enjoys searching for new artists that carry on the legacy of great tracks from the past. Early influences include: Ella Fitzgerald, Van Morrison, Norah Jones, Joni Mitchell, Bjork, The Real World record label, Bill Evans, Coleman Hawkins, India Arie, Patsy Cline, and Sade.
